Community Service Corps

Once a week, after-school community service program for middle school students

Westport Mentor Program

Community adults and high school students serve as friend, guide and role model for children grades K-12 weekly at school.

Student Outreach Counselor

Provides on-site support and short-term crisis intervention to Westport students.

The Teen Awareness Group (TAG)

TAG is a high school student club advised by the Student Outreach Counselor developed to raise awareness and promote healthy decision making among their peers. TAG accepts applications for new members each spring.

Toquet Hall Teen Center

A supervised drug and alcohol-free center for teens, offering a variety of programs and recreational activities for Westport students grades 9 – 12, with specified events for 6-8th graders.

Westport Youth Commission

A partnership of high school youth and adults, appointed by the First Selectman, responsible for promoting public knowledge and understanding of youth issues while promoting timely community responses including topics such as police-youth relations, internet safety & etiquette and other social issues.
