PASSWORD HELP FOR POWERSCHOOL AND SCHOOLOGY
Please contact the Parent Helpdesk for technical assistance with PowerSchool or Schoology. If you are unable to log into either due to a forgotten password, please use the online parent password reset tool.
- The Parent Helpdesk is available from 7 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday - Friday.
- Email is the best method of communication. Please include your first and last name, your child's grade, and your child's first and last name in your email to email@example.com. You may also call 203-341-1214 for assistance.
PowerSchool is the main source of student demographic data. Grade K-12 parents can access report cards for all students, and class assignments for students in grade 6-12.
To update your physical address, email address, phone numbers, or emergency contacts, please contact the main office of your youngest child's school. At the high school, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Printing Report Cards
Chrome is the suggested browser for printing report cards.

To print the Middle School Report Cards, please see below
- Right-click and choose print, or CTRL + P (CMD + P on Mac).
- For elementary report cards, change Layout to Landscape, all other school report cards or transcripts should have the Layout set to Portrait.
- Select the + button for More settings, then un-check Headers and footers, and check Background graphics.
Schoology is the District's Learning Management System where you can access documents, handouts, assignments (grade 6-12), and classroom multimedia materials. You will also find links to PTA information, forms, and news about upcoming events.
How do I get to Schoology?
Click on your school home page listed below, and select "Schoology" at the top of the page.
To access the Westport PTA Online Directory, all members of the Westport Schools community, including new incoming parents and registered users of the previous editions of the Westport PTA Online Directory need to complete a simple, three-step registration:
Step 1. Go to https://westport.mobilearq.com/school_directory_parent_register.html
Step 2. Enter your email (must match the address registered with the district) name and provide consent to be in the directory.
Step 3. Submit Westport PTA Dues and optional ‘Angel Donations’ online or offline.
Note: The directory will be an “opt out” to provide the most complete district–wide listing possible. This means a home address and home phone number will be listed for all families even if you choose not to join the PTA(s) and access the Directory. If you do not want to be listed, please contact your school PTA Directory Chairperson.
Following registration and payment of PTA dues, you will receive an email from MobileArq/Westport PTA with the following information:
- Confirmation of registration for the Westport PTA Online Directory
- Confirmation of your payment of PTA dues
- A link to the Online Directory login page, login ID and a temporary password required to access the directory
To ensure that your email server does not filter the email from Westport PTA/MobileArq to a spam folder, please add email@example.com to the address book of your email server.

Following registration renewal and payment of PTA dues, you will receive an email from Westport PTA/MobileArq with confirmation of registration and payment.
You can then access the directory with your email ID and password that was used for accessing the directory. If you have forgotten your password from last year, there is a Forgot Password link on the login page that takes you to a page to reset your password.
